We had a mini disaster when our 14 month old grandson threw up all over our couch and rug. We called Proodian Rug for help. Walter himself came out that night and picked up the rug and returned the following AM to clean the couch. We couldn’t have asked for a more timely response. Both the couch and rug came out excellent, no hint of the throw up. That is what I call excellent customer service. Thanks Walter.
